We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible iOS device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

• 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 法令に違反する目的での利用
• 本アプリに関連するシステムやネットワークへの不正アクセス
• 本アプリまたはその利用権の再配布、再許諾、販売、譲渡
• 著作権表示などの権利表示の削除・改変

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the App
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the App or your rights to use it
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

本アプリに含まれるドット絵、アニメーション、サウンド、ゲームの仕組み、コード、デザインなどのコンテンツは、当方または正当な権利者に帰属し、著作権法その他の法令によって保護されています。使用しているフォントは、それぞれのライセンス（SIL Open Font License）に基づいて利用しています。

All content in the App, including pixel art, animation, sound, game mechanics, code and design, belongs to theappary.com or its rightful owners and is protected by copyright and other laws. The fonts are used under their own licenses (SIL Open Font License).

本アプリでは、ステージ後の広告を表示しないようにする買い切りの「広告を削除」を販売しています。購入と決済は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、Apple の規約が適用されます。購入は同じ Apple Account であれば「購入を復元」から復元できます。返金は Apple が取り扱いますので、Apple にお問い合わせください。

「広告を削除」を購入しても、コインを受け取るためにご自身で選んで視聴する動画広告は引き続き利用できます。

The App sells a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase that turns off the ads shown after a stage. Purchases and payment are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. A purchase can be restored on the same Apple Account with “Restore Purchases”. Refunds are handled by Apple; please contact Apple to request one.

After buying “Remove Ads”, the video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for coins remain available.

コインはゲーム内でのみ使用できるアイテムであり、金銭的価値を持ちません。現金や他の物品と交換することはできず、本アプリを削除すると失われます。

Coins are an in-game item with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and they are lost if the App is deleted.

本アプリは Google AdMob が配信する広告を表示します。広告の内容は第三者によって提供されるものであり、当方はその内容について責任を負いません。

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is supplied by third parties, and we are not responsible for it.

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利の非侵害を含め、明示または黙示のいかなる保証も行いません。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、または誤りなく動作することを保証しません。

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

適用される法令が許す最大限の範囲で、当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた間接的、付随的、特別、結果的な損害、ならびにデータや利益の損失について責任を負いません。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, theappary.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

当方は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はこのページに掲載し、施行日を更新します。変更後も本アプリを利用し続けた場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に違反した場合、当方は本アプリの利用を終了させることがあります。

We may modify these Terms. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the App means you accept them. We may end your right to use the App if you breach these Terms.

本規約は、適用される法令に準拠し、それに従って解釈されます。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
